DR.
JALAL MOKHALALATI, B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. (London)
(QMRS FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL)
Dr. Mokhalalati obtained his first degree from Egypt in 1971
(Agriculture Sciences), a M.Sc. degree in Animal Nutrition from
University College of North Wales (UK), and in 1981, he received the
Ph.D. degree in Human Nutrition from University of London (UK).
Dr. Mokhalalati worked for the governments of Algeria, and Libya
(Ministry of Agriculture), for the Islamic University of Gaza in the
position of assistant professor, for Saudi Ministry of Heath, and for
the pharmaceutical industry (Abbott Laboratories).
With over 35 years of experience in health care sector. Dr Mokhalalati
managed and participated in all aspects of human nutrition activities
that include teaching, hospitals dietetics, conduct research, and
writing scientific papers and books. However, since 1998, Dr Mokhalalati
focused mainly on providing consultations on quality assurance and
medical & regulatory affairs regulations. Please click on

Dr. M. Jalali
QMRS is proud to publicize the
introduction of a new scientist to our scientific advisory board.
As
food safety matters become a hot issue worldwide, the situation
stimulated us to supplement our board of scientists with a highly
educated microbiologist. Though, his academic position is a good
indication of his competency, the following is a brief description of
Dr. Jalali outstanding profession.
Dr.
Jalali is a qualified microbiologist. In 1997, he obtained his Ph.D.
degree from University of Western Sydney, Australia. Since then, he
worked in Iran for the "Isfahan University of Medical Sciences”. At
present, he holds a position of Associate Professor of Microbiology,
where he teaches General Microbiology, Food Microbiology, Food Safety,
and Medical Microbiology.
Dr.
Jalali published many scientific papers and participated in a number of
international conferences, where he presented his research works in the
field of food and clinical microbiology with special reference to
Listeria monocytogenes, Molecular microbiology, and the prevalence of
food borne pathogens in food. For example, in 2001, Dr. Jalali
participated in the HACCP and Iranian food industry Global forum for
health research; WHO, Geneva, Switzerland and in 2003, in cooperation
with Dr. Abedi they translated to Persian language a book by MacDonald,
and Engle, which entitled “A guide to HACCP, Hazard analysis for small
businesses”
Certainly, Dr. Jalali is a significant addition to our scientific
advisory board, and his contribution will enhance QMRS position as a
leading organization servicing the food and drug industries. Also, I
hope adding a clinical microbiology expert to our group of scientists
will benefit our clients throughout the world, in particular, the food
industry in Iran. Therefore, I invite our clients in Iran to contact Dr.
Jalali if they have any technical questions on food safety and HACCP

Dr. Bassam M. Elmadhoun
I am pleased to announce that Dr. Elmadhoun has joined our exceptional
scientific advisory board
Dr. Elmadhoun is a consultant and trainer in BETCO Pharmaceutical
Training Company located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Elmadhoun received
his B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Science from King Saud University, Saudi
Arabia in 1983 and a PhD degree in Pharmacy from the University of
Manitoba, Canada (2001). He began his career as a pharmacist in
microbiology laboratory in sterile drug manufacturing. His career has
incorporated a range of senior technical positions as well as several
years in PSI quality division. His preceding rule in industry was a
director of quality and compliance for PSI operations. Dr. Elmadhoun
gained extensive experience and good knowledge on internal and external
pharmaceutical audit, coordination of regulatory inspection, GMP
training, validation services and customer claims / quality failure
investigation.

DR.
VICTOR MANOLII, B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. (Ukraine)
Dr. Manolii obtained his first degree (in 1980) in agronomy from Tsaul
agricultural College (Tsaul, Moldova). The second degree (M.Sc.) was
obtained in 1985 from Moldovan State Agrarian University (Chisinau,
Moldova). And in 1991 he was awarded a Ph.D. from the Breeding and
Genetic Institute in Odessa, Ukraine) for his research on breeding,
genetic and biotechnology of field crops.
Dr. Manolii won research grants and managed breeding and Genetic
projects in Moldova, Japan, Italy and USA.
With over twenty years of scientific and practical experience in plant
breeding, genetics, biotechnology and molecular biology analysis Dr.
Manolii certainly deserves special recognition among our team.
